Terms of Service for Automotive Regulations Service Chapter 1 General Provisions Article 1 (Purpose) These Terms of Service set forth the terms, conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HI Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and its members regarding the use of automotive regulation-related services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Article 2 (Definitions) 1. "Service" refers to the information service providing automotive-related laws, regulations, interpretations, and other related information offered by the Company. 2. "Member" refers to an individual who has entered into a service agreement with the Company and has been assigned a user ID. 3. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers chosen by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use. 4. "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to verify their identity in conjunction with their ID and protect their personal information. Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms) 1. These Terms are effective for all members who wish to use the Service. 2. The Company may modify these Terms for reasonable causes, and such modifications shall take effect upon notification to members. 3. Members may request termination of their membership if they do not agree with the modified Terms. Chapter 2 Service Usage Agreement Article 4 (Formation of Usage Agreement) 1. The usage agreement is formed when an individual seeking membership agrees to these Terms, submits membership information according to the Company's registration format, and receives the Company's approval. 2. The Company may decline to approve applications in the following cases: o When service provision is technically impossible o When using a false name or another person's identity o When providing false information or failing to provide required information Chapter 3 Service Use Article 5 (Service Content) The Company provides the following services: 1. Provision of automotive-related laws and regulations information 2. Provision of interpretations and guidelines for automotive regulations 3. Information on regulatory amendments and trends 4. Automotive legal consultation service (limited to specific membership levels) 5. Other services as determined by the Company Article 6 (Service Hours) 1. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. 2. The Company may temporarily suspend services for system maintenance, expansion, or replacement at times determined by the Company, and such planned suspensions will be announced in advance. Article 7 (Information Provision and Advertisement Posting) 1. The Company may post various information on the service screen or provide it to members via email, SMS, or other methods. 2. The Company may post advertisements on the service screen, email, or other platforms in relation to service operation. Chapter 4 Obligations and Responsibilities Article 8 (Company's Obligations) 1. The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall make best efforts to provide stable and continuous service. 2. The Company shall maintain security systems for personal information protection and shall publish and comply with its privacy policy. 3. The Company shall address any reasonable complaints or opinions raised by members regarding service use. Article 9 (Member's Obligations) Members shall not engage in the following acts: 1. Registering false information during application or modification 2. Misappropriating others' information 3. Modifying information posted by the Company 4. Reproducing, distributing, or transmitting information obtained through the service without prior approval 5. Conducting business activities using the Company's service 6. Any act that may interfere with stable service operation Chapter 5 Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions Article 10 (Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions) 1. Members wishing to terminate their usage agreement must submit a termination request online. 2. The Company may terminate the usage agreement or restrict service use without prior notice if a member: o Interferes with others' service use or misappropriates information o Violates laws or these Terms while using the service o Violates other usage conditions set by the Company Chapter 6 Damages and Other Matters Article 11 (Damages) The Company shall be liable for damages incurred by members in relation to service use only in cases of intentional or negligent acts by the Company. Article 12 (Disclaimer) 1. The Company shall be exempt from responsibility for service provision when unable to provide service due to force majeure or equivalent circumstances. 2. The Company shall not be responsible for service disruptions caused by member fault. 3. The Company shall not be responsible for lost profits expected by members through service use or damages caused by materials obtained through the service. Article 13 (Jurisdiction) Any legal disputes arising from service use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's headquarters. Supplementary Provisions Article 1 (Enforcement Date) These Terms shall take effect from XX/XX/20XX.
